What an engineering asset is worth, and what it will cost to keep

Independent assessment of a technology asset ahead of an investment, an acquisition, or a long contract. Covers the architecture and the scale at which it breaks, code and data ownership, third-party and licence exposure, security posture and incident history, key-person and knowledge concentration, infrastructure cost per unit of work, and a costed remediation plan in the sequence we would actually follow.
