The stack is a single organism

You cannot optimize a hyperscale data center without optimizing the network. You cannot optimize the network without optimizing the chip’s I/O. You cannot stabilize a power grid without optimizing the control software above it. We treat the entire compute continuum as one cohesive system, because that is how delay actually accumulates: a little at every boundary.
